Slacker...
I’ve been slacking … My workouts haven’t been that intense, I’m taking it too easy on myself…and the eating..let’s not even go there. I need a swift kick in my ASS!

First 90 Days: Done
Okay so at first I saw my before pic and was a little bumed out because I thought “Hmmm not that much of a difference”. BUT then I looked harder and my thighs have slimmed down considerably and my stomach looks slightly different. I’m excited for the next 90, because I’m use to everything [eating, workouts, will power…etc.]

Lately....
Lately I’ve been playing in an insane amount of basketball [Like twice a week on an average of 4-5 hours a week]. Thus my time in the gym hasn’t really been needed. So I don’t want anyone to think I’m slacking off, I’m just doing a different form of exercise [that’s a lot of fun]. Love my pink Jordans….

VICTORY
Last night I played basketball for about 2 hours [Great source of Cardio] and then afterwards my friends went to grab burritos.  I am happy to report that I didn’t eat a burrito…or anything else from the Taquería .  VICTORY IS MINE….

Thursday Nights: Basketball
I joined a rec league and every Thursday night I play basketball. It’s a lot of fun and a great workout. If you have a favorite sport or just looking for another way to get some good exercise join a rec league or see if your local rec centers hold “Open Gym”.

Homemade Pita Chips
This is so simple it’s sickening! What you will need: 1 pack of flat whole wheat pita bread [I use the ones from Trader Joe’s] 1/2 cup of Olive Oil garlic powder Okay so one day I really wanted chips…BAD. I love chips but it’s not the best option in terms of calories, health + all that jazz. So I decided to make pita chips out of some pita bread I already had.  ...

fiifrida asked: Hi! I just found your blog and I followed you straight away. Like your blog a lot :)Anyway, you asked for tips on a good breakfast. Oatmeal is my absolute favourite, it's one of the most healthiest meals you can eat. Top it with some fresh fruit or berries and milk, or a little bit of jam. Also, eggs in any way, boiled, fried, omelette. So good and you stay full :) Keep up the good work....

Get Into It : Jump Roping
I recently started jump roping! I totally forgot that the coach for my traveling basketball team in High School made us jump rope almost every practice. It’s a great workout and jump ropes are super cheap [some gyms even provide jump ropes]. Here is some great info in regards to jumping rope: 1). Overall fitness benefits to jumping rope A 150 lbs person burns approximately 13 calories...
